Our Story
Building Homes, Structuring Lives.
Black Blocks Development Corporation was founded in 2021 in Cebu City with a straightforward premise: clients shouldn't have to manage separate architects, contractors, and fit-out crews to get a finished space. We coordinate the design and carry out the construction ourselves, from private homes to commercial buildouts.
That approach has grown into an active practice across Cebu City, Talisay City, Consolacion, and Mactan — with a design-build portfolio that now spans custom residences and hospitality-grade interior fit-outs, including a condo interior fit-out for Sheraton Mactan Resort.
Five years in, that growth prompted a formal step: evolving from a design-and-build studio into a full Development Corporation — a broader foundation for taking on larger projects while keeping the same hands-on approach to every home and space we build.
