Molly Resort Bohol is a boutique 3-star beach resort on Panglao Island. Rooms are individually decorated in warm pine, rattan and hand-woven textiles, and most open onto a private balcony. At the centre of the property is a long outdoor pool, lined with loungers and shaded by palms.

Green, and close to everything
Arrival is under a thatched roof, past dense planting and into a calm reception. Beyond it, the pool courtyard is framed by agave, banana leaf and flowering shrubs, with sun loungers and cantilever umbrellas along the deck.
Alona Beach — with its dive operators, restaurants and boat trips — is within walking distance, and the rest of Bohol’s sights are an easy drive.

Alona Beach is a short walk. Tricycles and rented scooters make the rest of Panglao easy; the front desk can help arrange tours further into Bohol.
